Join our HomeWorks team in Northern New Jersey. This per diem position offers $40 per hour every Thursday from 9am-4pm. 

About the Division
UMC HomeWorks is the home care agency of United Methodist Communities, a New Jersey nonprofit that has served older adults for more than 100 years. Our Home Care RNs play an essential role in helping older adults keep living in their own homes.

What you'll do

• Visit clients at home to assess their needs
• Write and update personal care plans
• Supervise and support our certified home health aides (CHHAs)
• Help match clients with the right caregiver
• Document each visit clearly and on time
• Keep families and the care team up to date

What you'll need
Required:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license, or a multistate (compact) RN license
• At least 2 years of experience as an RN in home care, home health, hospice, or community nursing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience caring for older adults or people living with dementia
