Housekeeper

Rate:$18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 363-unit luxurious high-rise in North Miami Beach, FL! We need you to keep our property looking its best! Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
• Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager

Work Days: Monday, Wednesday - Saturday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
