Coastal is looking for an outgoing, confident entry-level RN to join our growing team. This is a growth-track role. You’ll start performing lasers, facials, SkinPen, and peels, with a clear path to injectables training within approximately 6 months, contingent on completing all required trainings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing laser and skin treatments, including taking on existing laser patients and supporting overflow from our PA’s Saturday schedule
• Engaging directly with patients, educating them on treatment options, and selling services and packages
• Building your own clientele by promoting yourself and Coastal’s services to your personal network and the local community
• Participating in social media and content creation to promote Coastal’s services
• Connecting with the Brazilia team and their guests. Coastal shares space with Brazilia, which gives you a built-in way to meet new patients and introduce them to what we offer
• Handling administrative tasks such as answering phones and scheduling appointments

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Aesthetic experience preferred, not required
• Sales background or experience in a sales-driven environment is a strong plus
• Comfort with a sales-oriented, self-promotional role is essential
• Availability every Friday and Saturday

Additional Role Details

• Schedule: Part-time. Every Friday (10am–6pm) and Saturday (10am–5pm), with some flexibility on end times.
• Compensation: $25–30/hr during training; $30–40/hr plus 10% product commission and tips once fully ramped
