In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
• Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
• Ability to perform night audit functions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of P.E.P. PMS software and hotel management systems is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions
