At Acts Housing, we believe homeownership transforms families and communities. We are looking for an experienced, licensed Real Estate Agent who shares that belief and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Milwaukee families.

This is not a traditional real estate position. You will enjoy the stability of a salaried position rather than relying on commissions, without the typical out-of-pocket expenses of running your own real estate business. Acts Housing provides the technology, marketing, and tools you need to succeed. You will have the opportunity to show homes our team has purchased and renovated, as well as help families find other properties that meet their needs.

Most importantly, you will walk alongside families throughout their homebuying journey. This role is about listening, understanding each family's needs, advocating for their best interests, and helping them find a place to call home. Exceptional family service is at the heart of everything you do.

What You'll Do

• Represent and advocate for families purchasing homes
• Show and market Acts Housing-owned and renovated homes
• Help families identify other properties that meet their needs
• Guide buyers through showings, inspections, negotiations, offers, and closings
• Help families understand property values, market conditions, and the homebuying process
• Coordinate transactions and collaborate with lenders, sellers, and other professionals
• Provide responsive, compassionate service from the first showing through closing

• Competitive starting salary of $55,000, with flexibility to offer more based on experience and qualifications, providing dependable, consistent income regardless of market fluctuations

What You'll Bring

• Active Wisconsin real estate license and ability to work under a broker
• 2–5 years of real estate experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service skills
• Experience with MLS and real estate technology
• A genuine passion for helping families achieve homeownership
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with some evening and weekend availability required to meet family needs. Local travel for showings, inspections, and closings is expected.
