Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time or Part-time RN role paying $30.00 to $35.82 per hour. Work 8-hour shifts, with on-call required only one weekend a month. New grads welcome, and you'll hear back within 48 hours.

Trail Ridge Senior Living Community is looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to get to know residents, not just their charts. You'll lead care for older adults and help them stay healthy, independent, and comfortable in the place they call home.

Schedule 
- Full-Time or Part-time position
- 8-hour shifts, not 12s
- On-call only one weekend a month (every 4th weekend)
- Rotating weekday on-call, one day per week

What You'll Do
- Provide resident-centered nursing care
- Complete resident assessments and take part in care planning
- Work with residents, families, and staff on individual care plans
- Guide and support nurse aides and medication aides, as directed by the Director of Nursing
- Watch for changes in resident condition and share updates with the care team
- Help keep the community safe, respectful, and welcoming

What You'll Need
Required:
- Active, unencumbered South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to take part in the on-call schedule above
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff in English

Preferred:
- Long-term care experience (not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply)
