Join our Long-Term Care team at Bristol Glen in Newton. This part-time position offers competitive pay of $40.33-$50.33 per hour. Part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

About the Community
Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Long-Term Care team plays an essential role in caring for residents with complex medical needs, combining clinical expertise with a personal, compassionate touch.

What you'll do

• Assess and track each resident's health during your shift
• Give medications and treatments, and document them on time
• Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Provide hands-on care based on each resident's care plan
• Help build and update care plans with the care team
• Keep families and physicians informed about changes

What you'll need

Required:

• Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

Pay and benefits

• $40.33 to $50.33 per hour, based on experience
• Shift differentials: +$2.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour overnights, +$1.50/hour weekends
