Your Impact

• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and family members regarding care needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living
• New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply
