About the job
Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion personalized health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners. In 2025, an estimated 1 in 94 U.S. adults received an Everlywell test, solidifying our spot as the #1 at-home testing company in the country. Fueled by AI and built for scale, we’re breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.
We are hiring a Senior Director, Account Management & Partner Strategy to lead Everlywell's account management team and build our partner strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be a key member of the commercial leadership team — owning retention, renewal, and expansion across our health plan and enterprise client base, and developing and executing partnerships with digital health and other ecosystem partners.
You'll shape how the team plans, sells, and serves; hire and grow great people; and stay close to our most important client executives. You'll also find, structure, and scale the partnerships that help our clients and our business grow.
Responsibilities:
-
Lead, hire, develop, and coach a team of Strategic Account Directors and Account Managers
-
Shape and own the account management strategy, coverage model, and annual and quarterly goals, aligned with company priorities
-
Set account planning standards and operating cadence: account plans, executive business reviews, pipeline and forecast reviews, and risk reviews
-
Build a strong talent bench through clear expectations, regular feedback, career paths, and succession planning
-
Serve as a key member of the commercial leadership team, partnering with Business Development, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, and Legal
-
Own retention, renewal, and expansion targets for the full client portfolio
-
Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executives (VP+ level) at key accounts, positioning Everlywell as a long-term strategic partner rather than a vendor
-
Act as player-coach on select high-profile, complex accounts and lead major renewal and expansion negotiations with Legal and Finance
-
Drive growth across the portfolio — new programs, populations, lines of business, and markets — in partnership with Business Development
-
Forecast portfolio revenue and pipeline monthly in HubSpot and report on performance, risks, and opportunities to the Chief Commercial Officer
-
Serve as the executive escalation point for complex client issues, leading cross-functional mitigation plans through to resolution
-
Work alongside Project Management, Implementation, Clinical, Product, and Operations to ensure programs are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget with a superior client experience
-
Bring the voice of the client into product and commercial roadmaps
-
Develop and execute Everlywell's partner strategy with digital health and other relevant ecosystem partners (e.g., digital health platforms, care navigation and benefits ecosystem partners)
-
Define partner priorities and selection criteria; build and manage the partner pipeline
-
Structure partner deals in partnership with Chief Commercial Officer, Finance, and Legal
-
Build joint go-to-market plans that tie partnerships to client retention and growth
-
Set partner performance metrics, run regular partner business reviews, and manage partner performance
