Competitive Pay

• Entry-level: $14-$15/hour
• Candidates with forklift experience: $16-$18/hour

Starting pay is based on experience, with opportunities for wage growth as skills and responsibilities increase. On-the-job forklift training is available.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Occasional overtime available on Fridays
• No weekends

About The Role
As our Warehouse Assistant, you'll help ensure materials are available for our machine operators, maintain organized inventory, and support inbound and outbound shipments.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Move material loads throughout the warehouse
• Process and track inventory
• Verify labels and shipment accuracy
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouse
• Operate and maintain forklifts

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, not required
