Caregiver M/F (9PM-6AM)

We are looking for a highly compassionate, patient, attentive, and dedicated caregiver who can provide consistent, person-centered support. The ideal candidate should be understanding, respectful of individual choices and preferences, attentive to daily needs, and capable of creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner planning and preparation.
• Support morning routines and ensure enough time for breakfast and day program preparation.
• Encourage independence and respect personal choices and preferences.
• Provide assistance when needed without taking over tasks the individual can do independently.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and patient communication.
• Respect personal privacy while maintaining safety during shower routines.
• Assist with community activities and transportation concerns when requested.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being.
• Document daily support needs and provide consistent care according to the individualized care plan.
• Follow authorized service hours and coordinate schedules as required.

Requirements

• CPT First Aid
• Live Scan
• Negative TB test within last two years

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Knowledge of person-centered care is an advantage.
• Respectful of individual rights, dignity, privacy, and independence.
