We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, support staff development, and promote high-quality, effective treatment practices. In this role, you’ll play a key part in mentoring clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering quality care and positive client outcomes.
Responsibilities:

- Clinical Documentation: Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of clinical documentation and medical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate medical necessity.
- Team Collaboration: Lead case consultations and clinical team meetings while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to support effective treatment and positive client outcomes.
- Treatment Planning: Evaluate client progress and guide appropriate levels of care using ASAM criteria to ensure individualized, effective treatment.
- Direct Clinical Support: Provide guidance on crisis intervention, complex clinical situations, and client care needs, including maintaining a selective caseload or providing direct care when needed.
- Program Improvement: Support program development, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to strengthen clinical services and client outcomes.
- Care Coordination & Community Partnerships: Coordinate discharge planning and warm handoffs with community partners, housing resources, and aftercare providers. Collaborate with leadership, referral sources, and regulatory agencies to support continuity of care.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding clinical staff to build and maintain a strong, effective clinical team.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
- Appropriate clinical licensure or certification in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., LPC, LCSW, or CAADC).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment or behavioral health services.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and support clinical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical practices, treatment protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards, including maintaining client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex clinical situations and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems.
