Job Opportunity 

Senior Construction Control Representative / Construction Control Representative 

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Construction Control Representative or Senior Construction Control Representative to serve as the Construction Control Representative responsible for surveillance of construction projects and delivering findings to the COR, with specialized expertise in designated codes and systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver surveillance reports on workmanship, materials, and methods 

• Support preparation of draft modifications, IGEs, POMs, and PNMs 

• Provide technical findings on REAs and claims 

• Demonstrate experience in one or more specialized skills (e.g., NFPA 101, NFPA 70, HVAC/TAB, ICD 705, Concrete, etc.) 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Construction Control Representative: Minimum five (5) years of experience meeting the position description plus one specialized skill 

• Senior Construction Control Representative: Minimum ten (10) years of experience meeting the position description plus one specialized skill 

• Experience with USACE construction surveillance preferred 

Additional Information 

All personnel must complete required training including the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course, safety training, and annual Ethics training. Candidates must be E-Verify eligible. Background investigations, Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, and/or security clearance may be required at the task order level. Positions support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, with work locations determined by individual task orders.
