What You’ll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules so every client shift is consistently and appropriately staffed
• Work with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and keep availability records accurate
• Monitor daily schedules and quickly resolve call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps
• Serve as the main contact for scheduling questions from clients and caregivers
• Keep accurate documentation, maintain compliance, and provide on-call support for after-hours staffing needs

What You’ll Need

• 1 year of home care scheduling experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• CNA experience preferred
