Location: Horsham, PA 19044, with occasional travel to Langhorne, PA 19047

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to assist physicians with real-time clinical documentation and daily patient coordination. This role helps maintain accurate medical records and supports efficient patient visits and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters, medical histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions during physician visits.
• Enter physician orders for medications, imaging, and laboratory tests.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records.
• Schedule and coordinate new, follow-up, and rescheduled appointments.
• Manage patient waitlists and contact patients about earlier appointment availability.
• Document reasons when follow-up appointments cannot be scheduled.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support daily clinical operations.

Qualifications
Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to accurately document and transcribe patient encounters.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to protecting confidential patient information.

Preferred

• At least one year of Medical Scribe experience or related healthcare experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
